Caroline Horn graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She has worked for Tyler Insurance Group since 2017 as the Director of Operations. Her main role is agent onboarding, which includes organizing recruitment events and guiding agents through the contracting and certification process. She also handles all of the event planning and retail schedules during AEP. She works closely with our Medicare agents throughout the year to ensure they are set up for success and ready for Open Enrollment. She is married to Andrew Horn and they have a 2-year-old daughter, Ada. She is an advocate for local dog rescue efforts and has 2 dogs, Lucy and Bentley.
